Terms Of Service

Sewer Management LLC
Effective Date: 01/01/2025

By enrolling in a protection plan with Sewer Management (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sewer Management provides residential sewer and drain service contracts for eligible properties located within designated service areas across three Illinois counties. These plans are not insurance policies. Covered services, when approved and subject to plan terms and limits, may include drain cleaning, pipe repairs or replacements, main sewer line excavation, sewer line restoration, and limited equipment replacement (e.g., sump pumps or ejector pumps), as described in the applicable plan documentation. All approved services are performed by independent third-party contractors that are appropriately licensed and insured where required by law, subject to availability.

Coverage is available to residential property owners or occupants who are financially responsible for plumbing-related expenses at the covered property. Commercial, mixed-use, or income-producing properties are not included under residential plans and require separate enrollment.

Upon sign-up, customers are automatically enrolled and bound by these Terms of Service. Plans renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by the customer or Sewer Management in accordance with these terms. Each plan includes a 60-day waiting period before any services may be eligible for approval.

All protection plans are subject to annual aggregate service limits as follows: Standard Plan – up to $2,500 per contract year; Premium Plan – up to $7,500 per contract year. Any services exceeding these limits are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be billed directly at prevailing market rates.

A service fee (co-pay) applies to each approved service request: $75 for Standard Plan members and $0 for Premium Plan members. Service requests must be submitted through Sewer Management’s claims process and approved prior to scheduling. Emergency service requests may be submitted at any time; however, authorization is required for services to qualify for coverage.

Customers may cancel their plan at any time. A $100 cancellation fee applies to all plans to cover administrative and processing costs, regardless of plan type or length of membership.

Sewer Management reserves the right to deny, limit, or exclude coverage in cases including, but not limited to, fraud, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or pre-existing conditions, as determined in accordance with the plan terms.

Sewer Management LLC is registered to operate where required by law. Customer support services are provided through U.S.-based representatives. Personal information is collected and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including name, address, contact, and payment information as necessary to administer service contracts and process claims.

By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. Customers should refer to their individual plan documents for specific coverage details, exclusions, limitations, and eligibility requirements.
