By enrolling in a protection plan with Sewer Management (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sewer Management provides sewer and drain protection plans for residential properties across 48 U.S. states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Our services include, but are not limited to: drain cleaning, pipe repairs and replacements, main line excavation and sewer line restoration, and equipment replacement (e.g., sump pumps, ejector pumps). All services are performed by licensed, insured, and background-checked third-party contractors.

Coverage is available to any individual or entity responsible for paying the property's plumbing-related expenses. Commercial properties are not included under residential plans and require separate enrollment.

Upon sign-up, customers are automatically enrolled and bound by these Terms of Service. Plans auto-renew monthly until canceled by the customer or Sewer Management. Each plan includes a 60-day waiting period before any services may be used.

All protection plans are subject to annual coverage caps as follows: Basic Plan – up to $500/year in services, Standard Plan – up to $2,500/year, and Full Coverage Plan – up to $15,000/year. Any services exceeding these limits will be billed to the customer at standard market rates.

A service fee (co-pay) applies to each approved service call: $150 for Basic Plan members, $75 for Standard Plan members, and $0 for Full Coverage members. Service requests must be submitted through our claims system and approved before any work is scheduled. Emergency services may be available but still require claim authorization to qualify for coverage.

Customers may cancel their plan at any time. A flat $100 cancellation fee applies to all plans, regardless of plan type or length of membership.

We reserve the right to deny or limit coverage in cases of fraud, misuse, or pre-existing conditions.

Sewer Management and its affiliates are licensed and registered to operate in applicable states where required by law. All customer service operations are U.S.-based. We collect and share personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes name, address, contact, and payment information as needed to administer your coverage and fulfill service requests.

By using our service, you agree to these terms in full. Please refer to your individual service agreement for specific details regarding your plan, exclusions, and limitations.
